Hi - I'm John Sammers. I'm a songwriter of more than 30 years experience, a member of a great band, an experienced and qualified life coaching therapist and a teacher of music and music technology. I'm called The Rock n Roll Coach (a nickname given by a coach friend who thought my style was pretty direct) because I know if you want to build a good sized fan base or confront your demons you'll need to rock someone's world (even your own) and if you don't get rolling, nothing is going to happen. Also, I get to the point as soon as I can without the BS.
