Smoking
No matter how you look at it and despite it's marketing over the years as the pastime of the cool, smoking is complete nonsense. The average 20 a day smoker over the course of 30 years spends around £50,000 for the privilege of killing your beautiful self. Cigarettes are full of hundreds (some say 2000) noxious chemicals and at least 20 known carcinogens (the stuff that gives you cancer).
The thing that keeps us smoking apart from the drug addiction is some unconscious code that is fuelled by fear. Fear that we will fail. Fear that we won't be doing whatever we want to. Fear that we won't be significant. Fear that we'll put on weight. Fear that we won't have our little friend. Fear that we won't be able to concentrate. Fear that we'll be scared!
Very few people really want to smoke. Commit to stopping.
Have a look at my leaflet for more information about the horrible little things or contact John on 08707 669 878 for a 2 hour session to stop for good.
